Note: This desert safari operates on a sharing basis. Each vehicle can accommodate up to 6 persons, with one seated in the front next to the driver,
three in the middle, and two in the back seats. If you have infants or children, it's mandatory to use a baby seat. You can either bring your own or request one from us for every child aged 3 years and below.
The time for pick-up will change and it will be 1 hour before sunrise. While we strive to provide this remarkable tour, its availability is dependent on the weather
conditions. We recommend checking the weather forecast a night before your scheduled tour, though the deserts unpredictability can sometimes lead to sudden changes.

Terms and conditions

Currency: All rates are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

Child Rates: Child rates are applicable to ages 0-12 years. Children under 3 years
must be provided with a child seat, as per UAE regulations implemented since July 1st,
2017. Safari Holidays will provide a baby seat for children under 4 years of age. It is
important to note that all children participating in our safaris and excursions must be
accompanied and supervised by parents or guardians.

Payment: Full payment for all tours must be made in advance.

Health Considerations: Given that our safaris involve off-road driving, individuals who
are pregnant, have heart problems, or other sensitive health conditions participate in the
tours at their own risk.

No Smoking or Alcohol: Smoking and alcohol consumption or carrying are strictly
prohibited in all our vehicles.

Photography: Taking photographs of military and police installations, government
agencies, and local ladies is strictly prohibited. Please seek permission from local
residents before taking their photographs.

Ramadan Schedules: Schedules are subject to change during the holy month of
Ramadan. For updates, please contact our representative.

Tour Modifications: Safari Holidays reserves the right to modify tours and safaris
without prior notice.

Availability: All tours are subject to availability.

Insurance: Third Party Liability insurance covers city tours and safaris, with a liability of
AED 1 million for any one occurrence. Other tours conducted by third parties have their
respective Third Party Liability insurance, except for Quad Bikes and Dune Buggy tours.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a flexible cancellation policy to

1. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour: You are eligible for a full
refund of the tour price.

2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour: The full tour price will be
nonrefundable.

3. No-shows and last-minute cancellations: In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation,
the full tour price will be nonrefundable.
